Magma puts a robots-noindex meta tag on story type pages with less than 5 posts for SEO reasons. The post count is just the number of posts in the stream response. That can be off significantly, especially for sectioned streams, because a section has 3 posts only for each section. If there are 2 sections, one with 1 post and one with many posts, the count based on the response will be still 4.

This PR adds the correct total post count in the response. Since the request to CloudSearch is made in parallel to the DB queries, it shouldn’t make the endpoint any slower.
